These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stakewinz. By creating an account, placing a bet, or using any Stakewinz service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use betting services in your location. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Stakewinz is lawful where you access it. We may ask you to verify your age, and we do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid username, mobile number, and email address. One account per customer where applicable. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be restricted or closed.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse your account. If you believe someone else has access to your account, contact support immediately.
4. Deposits
Deposits are made through supported payment methods, such as Flutterwave. Deposits are credited to your wallet balance once the payment is confirmed. Deposit methods, processing times, and any limits may vary.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method associated with your account, subject to verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if your account is not fully verified, if details are incorrect, or if additional checks are required.
6. Betting Rules
Placing a Bet
Before a bet is confirmed, you can review your selections, odds, and stake. A bet is accepted only when the system confirms your ticket.
Odds Changes
Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Your ticket uses the odds shown at the time the bet is accepted.
Winning Bets
When all selections on your ticket win, your return is credited to your wallet balance. Return amounts are calculated from the odds shown when your bet was accepted.
Losing Bets
If any selection on your ticket loses, the entire ticket is settled as a loss immediately.
Multibets
A multibet remains pending while required selections are unresolved, provided no selection has lost. If any selection loses, the multibet is settled as lost immediately.
Voided and Refunded Selections
If a market is voided or a selection is refunded, the selection is removed from your ticket at effective odds of 1.00. This means it neither adds to nor removes from your return. If all selections on a ticket are refunded or voided, the ticket is fully refunded.
7. Booking Codes, Ticket IDs, and Verify Codes
Each ticket has its own ticket ID. When you place a bet you will also receive a booking code and a verify code. These codes are used to look up a bet on the site. A booking code does not guarantee odds, market availability, or final acceptance until the bet is loaded, reviewed, and confirmed.
8. Account Verification (KYC)
We may ask you to verify your identity to use deposits, withdrawals, or other services. Funds may not be withdrawn until verification is complete. Verification information is handled securely.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use Stakewinz for fraud, money laundering, automated abuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation, illegal activity, or any action that harms the integrity of the platform.

11. Suspension and Closure
We may suspend, restrict, or close your account if we identify prohibited use, underage activity, or where required by law or for the safety of the platform.
12. Errors and Technical Issues
If a bet is placed with incorrect odds or details because of a technical error, data error, or system issue, we may correct or void the affected ticket. If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, contact support with your ticket details.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stakewinz after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
